Life starts at the end of your comfort zone

So, I'm finally back from a wonderful trip to Cádiz, Spain. And man, was that awesome!! We went out every night, had lots off, unfortunately, we didn't live quite healthy, at all. But hey, I had fun, and now it's just back in the gym for more hard work. That also brings me to my topic of the day. Achieving your maximum.
While being in Spain, I talked to some pretty interesting people. People who, in some way, could guide on my path. You see, I have always figured that, if you feel comfortable, why stop doing it. Man did i learn my lesson. In the last week, I've been thinking a lot, and I've come up with, that I'm stuck right now. I'm not really moving on with anything in my life. That's why I, in the future will push myself even further, to achieve the maximum output of my body and mind. And why would I listen to what other people think? It's my life, right? Why not do what I want? I'm not put in this world to satisfy you? You're mad at me? Fine, be mad at me. It's fully your decision and I can do nothing to change it. You're purely the only person to decide whether you like me or not. I'm just being me, and if I don't keep walking, I'll always be stuck in the same place. And I don't really care if you like it or not. It's your decision. All I know is, I have to push myself to make any progress.

But hey, It's good to be home..

Going for your desires

Wow, I heard, in my opinion, one of the most stupid things ever today. My English teacher said during class; "It isn't always good to go for you desires". And in my head, I was like: "Dafuq is wrong with you?".

Let me explain.
Desire: Desire is a sense of longing for a person, a feeling, an object or hoping for an outcome.
Well, in that case, not going for your desires, are just plain stupid in my opinion. It's like wanting that cookie really bad, but not wanting the cookie. It doesn't make any sense, does it now? In my mind, desires are what you long for the most. It's what you really want and what takes you sky-high. For me, it's the pump from every hard workout. Everyday in the gym, my biggest desire is to get that feeling of awesomeness. Everyone have had that feeling at some point in their life. And everyone knows that it's the best feeling in the world. As Big Arnold ones said: "For me, working out is like cumming. I'm cumming in the gym at day, and I cum at night at home. Can you imagine how awesome that is?"
That example really got to me, because if you think about it, he's right. Everyone love the feeling of having an orgasm, and if you are able to get that feeling all the time while working out, what are you bitching about then?

Everyone has their own desires. Some people are also talking about bad desires. Desires that are unhealthy or what not. Some people maybe have a bad desire for beer. I think beer is a really good example 'cause beer tastes damn good, but there are really many bad things in beer, for example additives that makes you put on weight. If you drink it all the time, you'll have a "beer-gut". That isn't very flashy to walk around with.
Some people come up with advices like: "Just stop drinking beer". Why? Why would you stop drinking beer? Just cut down on your use. There's nothing in this world that you should ever let go of, if you really like it. If you work out and drink beer, you'll not get fat, you'll stay in shape. No harm.

The other day, I was watching the old movie "Pumping Iron". At some point, Arnold said something that relates to desire as well. A reporter asked him: "Arnold, do you drink a lot of milk?" To that, he replied: "No, I don't. Milk's for babies. I drink beer. Real, grown up men drink beer." I like like that phrase, 'cause he's right. When you grow up, you have to replace some of your childish and old desires with new and improved desires.

But you should never give up something. You should go for your dreams. Shoot for the stars, try and try again, and you'll succeed.

Life quality in general pt. 3

When it comes to meeting new people, it's not about trying to impress each other. Many people think that the only way to impress someone is to look good and make good first hand impressions.
This subject have been on my mind for a long time and in my mind, in my daily routine, I don't try to impress people. Just be yourself, take things as they come, and don't try to impress everyone. If they actually like you, it will not be because you impressed them the first time you met, it's because you are who you are.
Sometime you might meet a woman you really like and because you really like, you brain can't function in the right way. You go down mentally.

But here's some advise so that you don't do anything stupid.
Any conversation, any relationship, any interaction with the opposite sex, is all about frequency. There will always be someone that recognizes your mindset and that you'll have a connection with. There is always someone that has that same frequency as you. And the best way to find that special someone is just to be as honest as possible. And if it happens that you get nervous, hell, tell her that you're nervous and it took you ten minutes just to gather enough courage to walk over here and talk to her. 9 out of ten times, the opposite sex recognizes that honesty, that courage to despite of being nervous as hell, you walked over there and tried to start a conversation. Maybe, you'll get lucky and find someone on that exact same frequency, that you can have a substantial conversation with. You never know.

What I'm really trying to say is, you should spent more time talking and less time thinking. Don't prepare yourself for the conversation, just go over there and be yourself.

Dreaming....

So, I've been thinking. People go around all the time and says that they can't do it. What kind of statement is that? You can't do it? How is that even an answer? Of course you can do it, you can do anything! Right from the beginning you were given the tools you need to conquer anything. Your mind, and your body. Us, humans, are in fact capable of doing anything. Look at all the great people through history. Everybody said they couldn't do it, and what did they do? They freaking did it!!
Can't is an overly used word.... I hear people say it all the time. I can't do this, I can't do that. And that's where I just want to run up to them and bitchslap them and say: "YES YOU CAN!!". Everybody can push themselves, whether it's mentally or physically. Whether it's in life or business. Anything can be done at any particular moment. Some people might not quite agree with me, and that's fine. You have your opinion, I have mine. Let's leave it that way.
If you have ever tried just to sit down and think about what's going on right now, you might understand some of my points. Of course, I know that nobody's perfect, but why not try anyway? Let's try and achieve what we thought only was capable in our mind?
Some of you may have heard about Lucid Dreams. It's this dream state where you're aware of that you're dreaming, and in that way, you're capable of "controlling" your dreams. Quite fascinating, isn't it? I have achieve the ability to have lucid dreams whenever I want to. It's actually a pretty simple process, but you'll have to read about it elsewhere.
As I said, I've achieved the ability to Lucid Dream. In that way, I get to do all the things that are impossible in real life. I remember the first time i had a lucid dream. I didn't know if it was real or a dream. But as I went ahead and tried out a couple of things, I quickly realized that it certainly was a dream. I was able to fly higher than the highest mountains. Change the world just by blinking. It was amazing.
It's actually a great way to get over your fears as well. If you are afraid of a certain situation, make that situation happen in a dream, and see how it goes. That how I deal with everyday stress, I relive it, but in a dream state. A perfectly safe environment.

Life quality in general pt. 2

So, I've been thinking about a lot of things lately.
How do we define "happiness"? I really think that it's a personal oppinion from every persons perspective. Someone might think that happiness involvs a lot of money and beautiful ladies. Others might think that a peaceful mind is the key to happiness. It's really all about who hears the word. I sat down on the couch with a glass of wine the other day and started going through all the tv-channels. There are soooo many "nuggets of knowledge" on how a happy person looks, and that's when it struck me. I'm happy as f%@k right now! I don't care about what people think, I do what I want, and in needy times, I'm capable of sitting down and going over my own life. I wonder how some people can say that they have a bad life. Like, c'mon dude... Look at yourself. You have a place to live, you have people who love you and you live in a free country. What more do you want? "I want lots of money and a big house by the beach". Well, fine. Go earn it. Everything in life is something you have to earn. Nothing is free, you have to work for it. Earn what you call "happiness".

Heavy Artillery

The most powerful weapon in the world is your mind. More powerful than any
physical weapon and violence is your ability to strategize and be ruthless
legally to accomplish your goal. Life, and in business, it is a game of chess,
not checkers. To be cunning you have learn to negotiate, understand your
adversary, what you want to accomplish, and you must have patience to see the
task through. It is also a must you think and plan many steps ahead; and learn
to manipulate your adversary into decisions you want them to make.

Learning business through many different types of business operations has
led to me believe the above is a combination of academic knowledge, professional
knowledge, and ambition. Combining the three will lead to very positive results
not only in business, but life.

Overcoming Negative Energy

Fucking haters. There everywhere. Enemies. Fuck them too. Problems, trials, and tribulations are a part of any business and you must overcome them to in order to succeed. Negative events, as well as negative energy, can really hinder and derail your chances for success and stop you from fulfilling your goals and dreams. The best way to overcome all negative energy and events is through staying focused solely on the goal you are trying to accomplish.

In order to be successful you must be dedicated to accomplishing your goal; you must be determined to accomplishing your goal; and you must be disciplined to know to stay true to accomplishing your goal. You must also believe in yourself. With these intangible assets you will know that no matter what you are faced with you have to and will overcome because you can and you have to in order to accomplish your goal.

Negative events happen all day and every day. It is unfortunate, but a part of life. Prepare for the worst and expect the best. Negative energy is everywhere. From haters, friends, acquaintances, relatives, spouses, significant others, and any other person jealous of your impending success. What I've always said is fuck them and I'll show them. You only need one person to believe in you, and that is yourself. The rest will come. Trust me. After all everyone loves success; even the haters.
